
Chocolate Baileys Bundt Cake, te chuparas los dedos.
Ya estoy una vez más con un nuevo reto de nuestras colegas de #bundtbakers, que ganas de que llegue este día para juntarnos y ver que Bundts ha hecho cada participante.
We are back with our colleagues from #bundtbakers for a new challenge. We look forward to this day each month to get together and see the Bundt that each member has made.
For this occasion the hostess is Lauren from From Gate to Plate and she proposed that we make a Bundt containing booze or an alcoholic beverage. We aren’t fond of many drinks with alcohol but Baileys with chocolate is a delight! The Baileys goes into the dough with the other ingredients, with more chocolate to enhance the flavor. Those who have tried it really loved it and we think it´s a good option for Christmas too. We hope you agree!

CHOCOLATE BAILEYS BUNDT CAKE
Ingredientes:
- 275 grs de harina
- 320 grs de azúcar
- 20 grs de cacao en polvo
- 220 ml de aceite para repostería
- 260 ml de Baileys de chocolate
- 1 yogur griego con chocolate
- 2 huevos L
- 1 cucharadita de pasta de vainilla
- 6 grs de polvos de hornear o levadura
- 6 grs de bicarbonato
- 4 grs de sal
Elaboración:
- Precalentar el horno a 180º. Engrasar bien un molde y reservar.
- En un bol mediano mezclar la harina, el cacao los polvos de hornear, el bicarbonato y la sal. Tamizar y reservar.
- En el bol de la amasadora y con la pala mezclar aceite y el azucar.
- Añadir los huevos, uno a uno batiendo bien. Agregar la vainilla
- En otro bol mezclar bien el baileys con el yogur griego.
- Añadir la mezcla anterior de dos veces alternando con la harina de tres veces mezclando bien. (Empezaremos con la harina y finalizaremos con la misma)
- Echar la masa en el molde engrasado. Hornear durante 40-45 minutos o hasta que al intridcuir un palillo o un cake tester en el centro nos salga limpio.
- Dejar enfriar unos 10 minutos en el molde.
- Invertirlo en una rejilla

ENGLISH VERSION
Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup chocolate Baileys
- 1/2 cup chocolate greek yogurt
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 356 F. Grease the Bundt Pan you will be baking in. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl sift together flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- In the bowl of the stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment beat oil and brown sugar.
- Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla.
- In another bowl mix well chocolate Baileys and greek yogurt. Set aside
- Add the Baileys mix alternately with the flour mixture, mixing well in three times.
- Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
- Cool 10 minutes in pan on a wire rack.
- Invert cake onto rack and cool completely.
Es una pasada de bundt, el baileys es de las pocas bebidas con alcohol que me gustan así que seguro que añadido a este rico bizcocho le da un sabor muy especial.

A mi no me gusta el alcohol, solo tomo bailys, champagne y cerveza, así que… Tendré que probarlo!!!!!!!! como decís, creo que es una buena apuesta para esta navidad.
