
Vanilla Bundt Cake with sprinkles
Estamos en Agosto y no iba a publicar durante este mes porque me he tomado unas vacaciones pero no quería faltar a mi cita con mi grupo favorito #Bundtbakers así que he hecho una excepción y me hemos puesto manos a la masa y a hornear!!!
Este mes nuestra anfitriona ha sido Terri Truscello del blog Love and Confections que nos propuso hacer un Bundt con cualquier clase de sprinkles (jimmies, nonpareils, azucar perlado, etc) y podían estar tanto dentro como fuera del Bundt, a nuestra elección.
Yo me he decantado por un Bundt con sabor a vainilla y le he puesto sprinkles de colores tanto en la masa como en un ligero glaseado por fuera para decorar, algo muy sencillo pero a la vez riquísimo e ideal para una fiesta con peques.

VANILLA BUNDT CAKE WITH SPRINKLES
Ingredientes:
- 170 grs de harina
- 3 grs de levadura
- 2 grs de sal
- 42 grs de mantequilla
- 3 cdtas de pasta de vainilla Home Chef
- 225 grs de azúcar
- 60 grs de aceite de girasol
- 2 huevos L
- 118 grs de yogur líquido
- 3 cdas de Sprinkles de colores
- Sprinkles para decorar
Glaseado:
- 100 gr de azúcar glas
- 3 cucharadas de leche
Elaboración:
Del cake:
- Precalentar el horno a 170. Engrasar un molde y reservar.
- En un bowl mezclar la harina, levadura y sal.
- En el bol de la amasadora mezclar matequilla y vainilla hasta que este suave e integrado. Lentamente ir vetiendo el azucar hasta que este todo bien combinado.
- Añadir el aceite y mezclar. Añadir los huevos uno a uno, batiendo bien despues de cada adicion.
- Añadir 1/3 de la harina, luego 1/3 del yogur alternando hasta acabar. Mezclar hasta que quede una masa suave.
- Añadir los sprinkles a la masa y remover bien.
- Verter la mezcla en el molde y hornear unos 35-40 minutos o hasta que al insertar un palillo o cake tester, este salga limpio. Pasar a una rejilla.
- Dejar enfriar unos 15 minutos y desmoldar.
Del glaseado:
- En un bol mediano mezclar el azúcar con la leche. Agregar más leche si lo queremos más claro o más azúcar sí por el contrario lo queremos más espeso.
- Verter por encima del Bundt y espolvorear con sprinkles.
Molde: Bundt Duet Pan de Nordic Ware
ENGLISH RECIPE
Ingredients:
For the cake:
- 1 1/2 cups cake flour
- 1/2 tbs baking powder
- 1/4 tbs salt
- 3 tbs butter softened
- 3 tbs vanilla bean paste
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup liquid yogurt
- 2 Tsp Sprinkles
- Sprinkles for decorating
For the glaze:
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 3 Tbsp milk
Directions:
For the cake:
- Preheat oven to 325. Prepare a bunt pan by spraying with non-stick cooking spray. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, stir together flour, baking powder and salt.
- In the bowl of a stand mixer beat together butter, vanilla bean paste until smooth. Slowly pour in sugar until well combined and fluffy.
- Add vegetable oil and beat until incorporated. One by one add eggs beating well after each addition.
- Carefully add 1/3 of the flour mixture to the wet mixture, then 1/3 of the liquid yogurt, alternating until all of the flour and yogurt is added. Mix until just smooth and incorporated.
- Add the sprinkles to the batter and mix together.
- Pour or spoon batter into prepared bundt pan evenly. Smooth out the top. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove from oven and alow to cool for about 15 minutes to an hour before attempting to remove from pan.
To make the glaze:
- In a medium bowl mix icing sugar and milk.
- Glaze the cake and decorate with sprinkles.

Ahora querría hacerlo en versión pastel porque tengo q hacerle uno a mi ahijada y pensé que este con una crema de queso estaría increíble. La receta sería la misma? Para un molde de 20cm mantengo las medidas?
